  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  1. What should I do if my ice cream is too hard to scoop? If your ice cream is too hard, thaw your ice cream at room temperature for 3-5 minutes before scooping it into your blender. I had this problem, so I let it sit for a few minutes before adding it to my blender.
  2. What if my ube milkshake is too thick or too thin? Add some milk to thin out a thick milkshake. Similarly, if the milkshake is too watery, add more ice cream to thicken it up.
  3. Which toppings are good for this ube milkshake? You can use any kind of toppings for this milkshake! I chose whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate syrup. Other toppings that would also work are coconut flakes, crushed nuts, and caramel syrup (a personal favorite of mine).
  4. What should I do if I don't have a blender? You can use a food processor, stand mixer, or hand mixer instead.
