Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp green onions minced
  • 1/4 cup red onions minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro minced
  • 2 tbsp Thai basil minced
  • 1 red chili pepper minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  • Season ground pork with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Cook garlic over medium heat. Add in the ground pork and cook until brown (~5 minutes). Remove from the heat and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Add green onions, cilantro, Vietnamese mint, red chili peppers, lime juice, and fish sauce to the mixing bowl. Mix together.
  • Spoon into lettuce wraps and serve.
