A simple and easy Chinese fried rice recipe that has Chinese sausages, frozen vegetables, and eggs.

  • Scramble the eggs and set aside.
  • Dice up the Chinese sausages and put it into a pan with some oil. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add in the frozen veggies and rice. Mix and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add in the soy sauce and sesame oil to add color to the rice.
  • Lastly, put in the scrambles eggs you set aside.
  • Mix together and cook for a minute and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
