  • Mince 2 fuyu persimmons, 1 cup of red onion, 2 tbsp of cilantro, and 1 jalapeno. Add to a bowl.
  • To the bowl, add ½ cup of pomegranate seeds, the juice of 1 lime, and ½ tsp of salt. Mix well and serve!
