Ginger Soy Marinated Eggs

Boil water.
Add the eggs and cook for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, immediately submerge eggs in cold water and let them sit for 10 minutes to cool.
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and water in a small bowl or jar. Mix.
Peel the eggs and add them to the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours. The eggs can be marinated for up to 3 days.
