Forever a Vietnamese favorite, Sinh To Bo or Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie is one of the easiest and best dessert drinks you will ever have. It's also made in less than 10 minutes with only 4 ingredients (5 if you include durian)

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • ¼ cup condensed milk see note 2
  • 1 cup whole milk see note 3
  • 2 cups ice ~10 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp durian flesh optional but recommended, see note 4

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Serving size. This smoothie can serve 1 or 2 people. It can either be a very large smoothie or 2 smaller smoothies.
  2. Condensed milk substitutes. Condensed milk can be substituted with other sweeteners like agave syrup or honey. Keep in mind that other sweeteners with have different sweetness levels, so try the smoothie to make sure it's sweet enough for your tastes.
  3. Whole milk substitutes. Some substitutes for whole milk include coconut milk or soy milk.
  4. Durian flesh. My mom loves adding durian flesh to her smoothie, and I can attest to the fact that it makes it better. Add as much or as little as you want. My mom adds a lot.
