Scramble the eggs and set aside.
Dice up the Chinese sausages and put it into a pan with some oil. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add in the frozen veggies and rice. Mix and cook for 30 seconds.
Add in the soy sauce and sesame oil to add color to the rice.
Lastly, put in the scrambles eggs you set aside.
Mix together and cook for a minute and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
