15-Minute Thai Tea Rice Krispie Treats

Prep a 8x8 baking dish by greasing it with oil and covering it with parchment paper.
Pour 5 cups of Rice Krispie cereal into a large bowl.
Using a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle, break down 1 ½ tbsp of Thai tea mix into powder.
Melt ¼ cup of unsalted butter over medium heat, and then add 10 oz of marshmallows.
Once the marshmallows are almost completely melted, add the powdered Thai tea mix from step 3 and a pinch of salt. Mix it all together until it's uniformly orange.
Pour the Thai tea marshmallows onto the Rice Krispie cereal and mix until the cereal is coated in the melted marshmallows.
Scoop the Rice Krispie cereal into the prepped baking dish and press it down, so it is distributed evenly. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
