Vietnamese Coffee Rice Krispie Treats
Made in only 15 minutes, these Vietnamese Coffee Rice Krispie Treats are an easy, smoky treat that's always a crowd pleaser. Rice krispie cereal is coated with melted marshmallows, espresso powder, and condensed milk.

Prep a 9×9 baking pan by greasing it with butter and covering it with parchment paper.
Measure out 2 tbsp of espresso powder and 2 tbsp of condensed milk. Set aside.
Add 5 cups of Rice Krispie cereal to a large bowl. Set aside.
Melt 3 tbsp of unsalted butter over medium heat until golden brown.
Add 10 oz of marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add the espresso powder and condensed milk and stir until incorporated.
Pour the marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispie cereal and stir to coat.
Spoon rice krispie treats into the prepared 9×9 baking dish and press down with a spatula so the rice krispie treats are distributed evenly.
Let them cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
